These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Aydle (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Sigtuna, Stockholm County, Sweden. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping provider delays).
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
We use trusted shipping providers (e.g., PostNord, DHL) to deliver orders. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during checkout.

In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to initiate a return for most products, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Aydle shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions
15. Product Certification and Use at Your Own Risk
Our shin guards are handcrafted from carbon fiber and designed as exclusive lifestyle and collector’s items.
They are not CE-certified as personal protective equipment (PPE) under EU standards and are therefore not intended for official match play.
Use is at your own risk. Aydle disclaims liability for any injuries or damages that may occur from using the products in situations where CE-certified equipment is required.
